Located in The Village of Gardens, Pendra Loweth, this mid terrace fully furnished cottage can be found in the town of Falmouth on the South Cornwall coast.

Pendra Loweth is a village of purpose built and privately owned self-catering holiday cottages, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Sitting in a desirable setting opposite a babbling brook the accommodation boasts a comfy and spacious open plan interior with a bright living room where you can throw open the patio doors and enjoy the sun patio and communal lawn, which is perfect for alfresco dining or to just simply soak up the sun.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare you favourite meals and you can plan your next day's adventures around the dining table. A high chair is available for younger guests.

You will find three large restful bedrooms upstairs (two doubles and one twin) each with ample storage space.

There are on-site facilities for those who do not wish to travel very far. Try a work out in the gym, a game of tennis or just sit back and relax in the seasonal bar while the children enjoy the outdoor play area. Please note the bar will close for the winter from the end of October until Easter.

For relaxing with the family, or used as a base to explore this fabulous area of Cornwall, this lovely cottage is perfect for the family getaway.

Who can stay - Please note our Cottage is set in a quiet family friendly holiday location. The cottage can only be used for holiday purposes (not work stays). The maximum occupancy is limited to 6 guests. It is suitable for couples, or a families of up to 6 guests. Unfortunately it is not suitable for large groups of stag or hen, or other party guests.

What's included - Charges include cleaning, fresh bedding/linen and towels, wi-fi, electric and one dedicated parking space.

Pets - Please note pets are NOT allowed in our property (except for registered assistance dogs), and our cottage is SMOKE FREE. Sign written vans are not permitted at Pendra Loweth.

Smoking & Vaping - Smoking and Vaping is not permitted within our cottage

Electric Vehicles - There are currently two dedicated electric charging points for cars adjacent to the bar area. Because of Health and Safety reasons, guests are not permitted to run charging cables from the cottages to the parking bays.

Changeover Day - All bookings are Saturday to Saturday
