Getting Here

Take A39 and go past Asda on left. Continue up the hill to a roundabout.

At roundabout take 2nd exit Union Road.

At next roundabout take 2nd exit Bickland Hill.

Go past Falmouth Town FC on the left and carry on into Bickland Water Road.

Go straight over mini roundabout.

Go past sign for Swanpool.

Go past Roscarrack Road on the right (where there is a second entrance for Pendra Loweth)

Continue ahead and the entrance is on the right just before the bend (there is a bus stop and sign for Pendra Loweth).

Keep right past the garage then turn left (signed reception) and go down the hill to the bar/gym/office area (which will be on your right).

Turn left past the small play area and follow the road alongside the stream down towards the tennis courts.

Cottage 112 is on the right. The car park space is on the left as you drive in by the tennis courts.
